1.4 ARRIVAL: Touring Pitches are normally
ready by 1.00pm on the day of arrival. If you
should arrive before this time
it may be

provided. Pitches must be vacated by 10 a.m.
on the day of departure. A charge of £5.00
may be levied for each hour or part hour after
10.00am until the pitch is vacated If for any
reason you fail to arrive on the date you have
booked, and if you have not contacted and
provided the management of the Park with a
reason for delay, the pitch will be relet from 9
a.m. next day.
1.5 ELECTRICAL HOOK-UPS: All of our
pitches are equipped with a round pin
connector electrical facility and all our electric
bollards provide a 16 amp power supply.
1.6 ALL SERVICE, PREMIER & LUXURY
FAMILY PITCHES - these perimeter pitches
each have a power supply plus a water tap,

1.7 POWERPAC – this unit provides electric
light and power for the tent camper rated at 10

1.8 PUP TENTS must not exceed 3m x 2m
x1.5m high. Only one per pitch at any time is
permitted.
1.9 SPECIAL REQUESTS AND POSITIONS:
We certainly try hard to meet all your requests
regarding pitch allocation and for adjacent
pitches. However, this can never be guaranteed
as it is not always possible due to everchanging
operational requirements.
1.10 ALTERATIONS, ADJUSTMENTS AND
AMENDMENTS to an existing booking are not
accepted by telephone. A charge is levied (see

every effort to relet the pitch for the period in
question. If the Proprietors are unable to relet
the pitch, the balance will remain due in respect
of the period booking and will be taken
automatically from the credit/debit card supplied
with booking. This does not apply if you are
covered by our Holiday Cancellation Plan.
1.12 GAZEBOS in addition to Awnings are not
allowed unless 2 perimeter pitches are booked
together, in which case one only is permitted.

to be excessively large, guests will be asked to
park their car on the pay and display car park.
1.14 GROUNDSHEETS: We would urge all our
guests to use breathable groundsheets as this
protects the lawns.
1.15 Any charges outstanding following the
holiday will be automatically deducted from
your credit/debit card.
